Acclaimed actors Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Tannishtha Chatterjee were declared the Best Actor and Actress at the debut edition of the 'Lonavla International Film Festival India' (Liffi). The best director award went to Anant Mahadevan's 'Rough Book'. Nawazuddin, who will be seen in Sohail Khan's 'Freaky Ali' this week, won the award for his performance in 'Manjhi - The Mountain Man' where he played the role of Dashrath Manjhi.

In September, the picturesque hill station of Lonavla, a little over 80 km from Mumbai, will host its first international film festival, where veteran filmmaker Govind Nihalani will be honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
